CAN I TAKE PART IN MULTIPLE PROGRAMS AT ONCE?
Absolutely. Elite Lab is a full college/pro style workout that works on every facet of your game. The Shooting Lab is great for making sure you're getting a lot of shooting reps and individual attention. Our semi-private or private group workouts are a perfect compliment to our small group trainings. We also encourage athletes to add private trainings in to really up their hoops game!
WILL THE SHOOTING LAB PROGRAM FIX MY SHOOTING FORM
No. The shooting lab is meant for those that have established solid shooting form already. The emphasis of the shooting lab is advanced approaches into shots and improving overall shooting consistency. It's impossible to improve form in a group setting (unless it's a 100% introductory class), as each athlete might have an aspect of their shot that needs attention.
The shooting lab is fast pace and each athlete will get a significant amount of shots up (150-300 estimated). If you're looking to have your shooting form improved, we strongly suggest signing up for private individual sessions.
CAN I PAY FOR A PROGRAM WHEN I ARRIVE?
Unfortunately not. All of our bookings are required to be done in advance on our website. This helps us stay organized, prepare for each training session depending on the number or registrants as well as ensure we are properly limiting our capacity.
This also enables us at the Seacoast Hoops Lab to save a significant amount of time when it comes to scheduling, waiver collection, payment collection & more which results in significantly more time focused on curriculum development and improving the quality of our programs.
I SIGNED UP FOR A TRAINING BUT WANT TO CHANGE THE DATE, IS THIS ALLOWED?
If you need to change the date of a training, please let us know as soon as possible. We prepare for a training session in advance based on the number of athletes in the session.
If you need to re-schedule for any reason, we require 48 hour notice in order to reschedule. The only exception to this rule is if we cancel due to inclement weather. We do not offer refunds with less then 48 hours notice.
HOW CAN I SEE WHAT DAYS AND TIMES ARE AVAILABLE FOR PRIVATE LESSONS?
When you book your individual private session or your monthly membership to private sessions, you will be able to click on the date you'd like to book and any available times on that date will show up.
WHERE DO I SEE THE DISCOUNT IF I BUY A MEMBERSHIP INSTEAD OF A SINGLE SESSION?
You can purchase a single session under Book Now OR you can purchase a membership under Membership Options which includes the discount you receive by enrolling in our monthly membership.
WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION POLICIES?
We limit the size of every program, with a majority of our programs only allowing a small number of athletes to ensure we're providing valuable coaching and providing each athlete with enough attention. As a result, there may be many athletes who were not able to register due to it being full.
Therefore, we require 48 hour notice to cancel & receive a refund. If you cancel with less then 48 hours notice, we do not offer any refunds. The only exceptions is if inclement weather arises & sessions are cancelled by Seacoast Hoops Lab team.
